派丽奥软膏辅助治疗牙周炎的应用及有效性分析

Application and Effectiveness Analysis of Parafilm Ointment as an Adjunctive Treatment for Periodontitis

目的探究派丽奥软膏辅助治疗牙周炎的应用及有效性。方法便利选择2016年2月—2017年12月牙周炎患者100例,根据随机表分组。对照组采用牙周基础治疗进行治疗;观察组采用派丽奥软膏与牙周基础治疗联合治疗。比较两组患者牙周炎临床治疗效果;症状平均缓解时间(包括牙周疼痛消失时间、炎症消失时间);治疗安全性;治疗前后牙周的相关治疗指数(包括牙周附着指数、牙周袋探诊指数、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数)。结果观察组患者牙周炎临床治疗效果98.00%比对照组72.00%高(χ~2=5.823,P<0.05)。观察组症状平均缓解时间(包括牙周疼痛消失时间、炎症消失时间)(15.51±1.12)、(18.51±0.62)d比对照组(19.78±2.12)、(23.01±2.81)d短,(t=8.133,7.023,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组牙周的相关治疗指数(包括牙周附着指数、牙周袋探诊指数、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数)优于对照组(t=7.244,6.813,7.053,5.044,P<0.05)。其中,观察组牙周附着指数、牙周袋探诊指数、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数分别是(1.25±0.12)、(1.73±0.11)、(0.51±0.11)、(1.41±0.11),对照组分别是(3.31±0.47)、(2.21±1.27)、(1.02±0.43)、(2.61±0.47)。结论派丽奥软膏与牙周基础治疗联合治疗牙周炎临床效果和安全性高,可显著改善牙周炎症状,减轻患者痛苦,改善牙周相关指标,缩短治疗疗程,无明显不良反应。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application and effectiveness of Paragliding ointment in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with periodontitis from February 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and grouped according to a randomized list. The control group was treated with periodontal basic therapy; the observation group was treated with combination of Pareo ointment and periodontal basic therapy. Comparing clinical treatment effects of periodontitis between two groups of patients; mean time to symptom relief（including periodontal pain disappearance time, inflammation disappearance time）; safety of treatment; periodontal related therapeutic index before and after treatment（including periodontal attachment index and periodontal pocket Probing index, plaque index, and gingival bleeding index）. Results The clinical treatment effect of periodontitis in the observation group was 98.00% higher than that in the control group 72.00%（χ^2=5.823, P〈0.05）. The average time of symptom relief in the observation group（including periodontal pain disappearance time and inflammation disappearance time） was（15.51±1.12） and（18.51±0.62）d shorter than the control group at（19.78±2.12） and（23.01±2.81）d,（t=8.133, 7.023, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the relevant periodontal treatment index（including periodontal attachment index, probing pocket index, plaque index, and gingival sulcus bleeding index） of the observation group was better than that of the control group（t=7.244, 6.813, 7.053, 5.044, P〈0.05）. Among them, the periodontal attachment index, probing pocket index, plaque index, and sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were（1.25±0.12）,（1.73±0.11）,（0.51±0.11）, and（1.41±0.11）, respectively; the control group was（3.31±0.47）,（2.21±1.27）,（1.02±0.43）,（2.61±0.47）. Conclusion The combination of periodontitis and Palio ointment combined with periodontal basic therapy has high clinical efficacy and safety, can significantly improve periodontal symptoms, relieve pain, improve periodontal related parameters, and shorten the course of treatment. There are no obvious side effects.
