中医药治疗糖尿病前期痰热互结证患者60例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Early Diabetes Mellitus Patients with TCM Syndrome Treated by Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医药治疗糖尿病前期痰热互结证患者的疗效。方法 2011年1月—2017年12月方便选取在福建省南平市人民医院住院患者,经过检验诊断为"糖尿病前期",中医辨证属于"痰热互结证"的患者120例,进行随机分组,分成治疗组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均予健康教育及生活方式干预治疗,其中治疗组另加用中医药治疗(包括汤剂、院内制剂、中医外治等),3个月后观察血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂等的变化。结果治疗组患者60例,临床治愈28例,有效28例,无效4例,总有效率93.3%;对照组60例,临床治愈24例,有效22例,无效14例,总有效率76.7%,两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.827,P=0.005<0.01)。结论中医药治疗糖尿病前期痰热互结证的患者,有较好疗效。

Objective This paper tries to observe the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of patients with prediabetes and phlegm-heat syndrome. Methods From January 2011 to December 2017, hospitalized patients in Nanping People＇s Hospital of Fujian Province have passed the test and diagnosis of ＂pre-diabetes,＂ and TCM syndromes belong to 120 patients with ＂phlegm and heat syndromes＂ and were convenient selected and divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 60 cases. Both groups of patients were given health education and lifestyle interventions, in which the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine（including decoction, hospital preparations, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, etc.）, and changes in blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and blood lipids were observed after 3 months.Results Patients in the treatment group were 60 cases, 28 cases were clinically cured, 28 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.3%; 60 cases in the control group, 24 cases were clinically cured, 22 cases were effective, and 14 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.7%. The total effective rate of the two groups of patients was statistically significant（χ^2=3.827, P =0.005 〈0.01）. Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of patient s with pre-diabetes phlegm heat syndrome, has a good effect.
