摘要
五缸压裂泵动力端承受复杂周期性变化载荷作用,对传动齿轮、曲轴、箱体等关键零部件作用力进行分析与研究是压裂泵设计的基础及关键环节。构建了压裂泵动力端动力学方程数学模型,基于压裂泵力学分析流程和对单缸曲柄滑块机构的分析结果,采用"分段均摊法"解决多支承曲轴超静定问题,求解了齿轮驱动力、曲轴支承反力等关键作用力,为压裂泵优化设计及动力学特性研究提供理论依据。
The quintuple cylinders fracturing pump power end works under complicated periodic changing loads.The paper analyzes the crucial components,the foundation and key link of fracturing pump design such as the transmission gear,crankshaft,box and so on.It establishes the dynamic model of fracturing pump power end and describes the process of fracturing pump mechanical analysis.Based on the analysis of single cylinder crank-slider mechanism,it calculates the key forces such as gear driving force and crankshaft reacting force with the "subsection and share equally" method,provides theoretical basis for the optimization design and dynamic characteristics research of the fracturing pump power end.
