液压机械自动控制器的改进设计与实现

The improved design and implementation of automatic control of hydraulic machinery

摘要 传统的液压机械自动控制器由于普遍采用PID算法来设计,因此大多数在鲁棒性方面存在缺陷。针对这个缺陷,综合国内外相关研究资料,对液压机械自动控制器的算法进行了改进,以H∞控制算法代替传统的PID算法设计了一个液压机械自动控制器,并对该控制器进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明:以H∞控制算法设计的液压机械自动控制器具有较强的鲁棒性,能够达到工程所要求的控制指标。 The traditional hydraulic automatic controller is generally designed by PID algorithm,so most of them are defective in robustness.To solve this problem,it reviews the related research data at home and abroad,uses Hoo control algorithm to modify the PID algorithm for automatic controller of hydraulic machinery,designs a hydraulic mechanical automatic controller,verifies that the controller has effect in terms of robustness based on simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the new hydraulic automatic controller has strong robustness,achieves the control index,and has practical significance for the industrial field control.
