摘要
以顶驱减速箱为研究对象,分析了齿轮减速系统传动特性的随机性因素,其中齿轮啮合以及轴承内圈的位移量对传动特性的影响不可忽视。结合动力学基本理论方法,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks对顶驱减速系统进行实体建模,确立了齿轮啮合时的动力学模型,得到啮合时的动力学方程,并利用Impact函数模型对啮合接触力进行了分析。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件重点分析了齿轮轴游动端圆柱滚子轴承的受载特性,提出通过分析齿轮轴游动端圆柱滚子轴承的受载特性,间接分析顶驱减速系统的传动特性,为全面分析顶驱装置减速系统的工作性能提供了有效方法。
Taking the top drive reduction gear box as the object,it analyzes the random factors of the transmission characteristics of the gear reduction system.Combining basic theory of dynamics with SolidWorks,it builds the model of the solid-state drive deceleration system and dynamic model of gear meshing,obtains the dynamic equation,simulates the contact force with the impact function model.Based on ANSYS software,it analyzes the loading characteristics of the floating shaft bearing at the floating end of the gear shaft,describes the loading characteristics of the cylindrical roller bearing at the floating end of the gear shaft,and illustrates the transmission characteristics of the top drive reduction system.The drive device deceleration system provides an effective method of operating performance.
