弹性套管保护套设计及应用方法

摘要 为解决套管因地应力改变而导致的变形问题,并减小套管与水泥石环间的气窜风险,利用纳米流控能量吸收/转换系统的超弹体积形变能力,设计了一种弹性套管保护套。该套管保护套紧密包覆在套管外围,由支撑骨架封装纳米流控能量吸收/转换系统构成。根据杨氏方程,结合该套管保护套应用情景,给出了所述套管保护套的设计步骤,包括纳米流控能量吸收/转换系统配方的选取方案及纳米多孔介质最可孔径的确定方法。使用该方法可获得适用于不同工程环境的弹性套管保护套。在套管外围应用该套管保护套,可有效增强套管抗内挤与抗外压的能力,并可提高套管与水泥石环之间的匹配关系,减小套管因变形或气窜而导致的失效风险。 Aiming at the casing deformation caused by the earth stress change and reducing the risk of gas channeling between casing and cement stone,an elastic casing protective jacket concerning the nanofluidic energy absorption/conversion system(NEAS)is proposed.The protective jacket,which is wrapped around the casing tightly,consists of a NEAS encapsulated by the supporting framework.According to young's equation and the application situation of the casing protective jacket,the design steps of the sleeve protection sleeve are given,including the determination method of the formula of NEAS and the most probable pore size of the nanoporous medium.By adjusting the formula of the NEAS,the elastic casing protective jacket can be suitable for different engineering environments.The above solution of applying the casing protective jacket can effectively enhances the ability to resist the internal and external pressure of the casing,and improves the matching relationship between casing and cement stone,in turn to reduce casing failure risk caused by deformation or gas channeling.
