自体腱重建膝内侧副韧带手术分析

Reconstruction of Knee Medial Collateral Ligament with Autologous Fistula

目的分析自体腱重建膝内侧副韧带手术效果。方法方便选择该院自2016年2月—2017年3月期间收治的严重膝内侧副韧带断裂患者50例,所有患者入院后均接受自体腱重建术,最后对所有患者的治疗效果进行总结和评估。结果 50例严重膝内侧副韧带断裂患者实施自体腱重建术后,膝关节功能恢复优良率经计算后为92%(46/50)。比对术前、术后的VAS评分和Lysholm评分,术后(3.12±1.33)分、(87.43±3.79)分明显优于术前的(4.83±1.40)分、(26.46±21.04)分,组间数据结果经统计后(t=6.261 6,20.166 0,P<0.05)。另外,比对术前和术后的生活质量评分,术后的躯体功能功能评分(78.86±6.55)分、角色功能评分(75.40±4.20)分、情绪功能评分(77.69±4.14)分、认知功能评分(78.70±6.39)分和社会功能评分(70.62±4.13)分明显优于术前的躯体功能功能评分(54.17±5.52)分、角色功能评分(44.57±4.44)分、情绪功能评分(45.03±4.18)分、认知功能评分(52.19±6.07)分和社会功能评分(43.26±4.39)分,组间数据结果经统计后(t=20.381 5,35.669 1,39.254 3,21.269 0,32.097 7,P<0.05)。结论膝内侧副韧带断裂患者实施自体腱重建术,效果理想,可以为患者减轻痛苦,提高生活质量,可在临床上进一步普及。

Objective To analyze the effect of reconstruction of medial collateral ligament of the knee by autologous fistula.Methods 50 patients with severe medial collateral ligament rupture treated in the hospital from February 2016 to March2017 were selected conveniently. All patients underwent autogenous reconstruction after admission. Finally, the treatment effects of all patients were summarized and evaluated. Results After autologous fistula reconstruction was performed in 50 patients with severe knee medial collateral ligament rupture, the excellent rate of knee joint function recovery was calculated to be 92%（46/50）. The preoperative and postoperative VAS scores and Lysholm scores were（3.12 ±1.33） points and（87.43±3.79） points significantly better than the preoperative（4.83±1.40）points and（26.46±21.04） points. Inter-data results were statistically（t=6.261 6, 20.166 0,P〈0.05）. In addition, the preoperative and postoperative quality of life scores were compared with postoperative physical function scores（78.86±6.55）points, role functional scores（75.40±4.20）points, emotional function scores（77.69 ±4.14）points, and cognitive scores of functional score（78.70 ±6.39）points and social function score（70.62±4.13）points were significantly better than preoperative physical function score（54.17±5.52）points, role function score（44.57±4.44）points, and emotional function score（45.03± 4.18）points, cognitive function scores（52.19±6.07）points and social function scores（43.26 ±4.39）points, and the data between the groups were statistically（t =20.381 5, 35.669 1, 39.254 3,21.269 0, 32.097 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with ruptured medial collateral ligament undergo an autogenous reconstruction of the ankle. The results are satisfactory, which can relieve the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life. They can be further popularized clinically.
