3D打印辅助下微创穿刺治疗脑干出血 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨微创穿刺治疗脑干出血时3D打印技术的辅助效果。方法方便选择该院2016年3月—2017年12月接收的脑干出血患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例,观察组给予3D打印辅助下微创穿刺治疗,对照组行单纯微创穿刺治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组引流时间(1.6±0.8)d、住院时间(12.3±2.5)d、死亡率30.8%、神经功能缺损评分(9.3±2.6)分、DNS评分(11.2±2.5)分低于对照组(3.3±1.5)d、(18.6±3.4)d、61.4%、(13.2±2.4)分、(16.1±1.9)分,好转出院率50.0%、ADL评分(74.6±2.8)分高于对照组23.1%、(52.8±3.4)分,(t=5.317、5.343、6.014、5.684、5.937、8.304、7.618,P<0.05)。结论脑干出血行3D打印辅助下微创穿刺治疗时,具有良好治疗效果,可降低死亡率,改善患者预后。 Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of 3D printing technology in the treatment of brain stem bleeding with minimally invasive puncture. Methods 52 cases of brain stem hemorrhage received by the hospital from March2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 26 cases in each group. The observation group was given minimally invasive puncture treatment assisted by 3D printing. Minimally invasive puncture treatment, observe the treatment effect. Results In the observation group, drainage time(1.6 ±0.8) days,length of hospital stay(12.3±2.5) days, mortality rate 30.8%, neurological deficit score(9.3±2.6), DNS score(11.2±2.5) were lower than the control group(3.3 ±1.5)d,(18.6 ±3.4)d, 61.4%,(13.2 ±2.4) points,(16.1 ±1.9) points, improved hospital discharge rate 50.0%, ADL score(74.6±2.8) points higher than the control group 23.1%,(52.8±3.4) points,(t=5.317,5.343,6.014,5.684,5.937,8.304,7.618, P〈0.05). Conclusions Brain stem hemorrhage can be treated with 3D printing-assisted minimally invasive puncture. It has good therapeutic effect, can reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis of patients.
