中、重度宫颈糜烂患者应用宫颈环形电切除术联合α-干扰素治疗的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Cervical Annular Electroexcision Combined with α-interferon in Patients with Severe Cervical Erosion

目的分析中、重度宫颈糜烂患者应用宫颈环形电切除术联合α-干扰素治疗的效果。方法方便选取2015年11月—2017年11月期间该院收治的78例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者作为该次研究对象,采用单双号分组法将其分为对照组与实验组两组,每组患者均占39例。对照组患者单纯给予宫颈环形电切除术治疗,实验组患者采用α-干扰素与宫颈环形电切除术联合治疗。将两组患者的治疗总有效率、术后出血以及并发症发生的情况进行对比分析。结果经治疗后,实验组患者的总有效率为94.87%,对照组为76.92%,实验组明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.19,P<0.05);术后出血时间为(10.23±1.58)d,均短于对照组(t=12.70,P<0.05);两组患者的并发症相比,实验组(5.13%)明显低于对照组(χ~2=5.19,P<0.05)。结论应用α-干扰素与宫颈环形电切除术联合治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂患者,效果显著,安全性高,尤其针对合并HPV感染的宫颈糜烂患者术后干扰素可促进HPV转阴。值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of cervical annular electrotherapy combined with α-interferon therapy in patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion. Methods 78 patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion treated in the hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected and included in this study. They were divided into two groups： the control group and the experimental group. Each group accounted for 39 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with ring electroexcision of the cervix alone. Patients in the experimental group were treated with a-interferon combined with ring electrosurgical resection. The total treatment efficacy, postoperative bleeding, and complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.87% in the experimental group and 76.92% in the control group. The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,chi-square value（χ^2=5.19, P〈0.05）; postoperative bleeding time was（10.23±1.58）d, both shorter than the control group（t=12.70, P〈0.05）; complications of the two groups compared to the experimental group（5.13%） was significantly lower than the control group,（χ^2=5.19, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of α-interferon combined with ring electrosurgical excision for the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion patients has a significant effect and high safety, especially for patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection. Postoperative interferon can promote HPV negative, which is worthy of application.
