综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Uterine Fibroid Surgery

目的探讨分析综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年5月—2018年2月接受治疗的40例患者随机分组,主要分为对照组(实施常规护理服务进行护理服务,n=20),观察组(在此基础上实施综合护理进行护理服务,n=20),比较两组患者围术期各项指标变化、并发症,以及护理满意度的情况。结果两组患者围术期各项指标中的手术时间、下床活动时间、下住院时间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.481、15.403、5.955,P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率和总满意度分别为15.0%、95.0%,观察组均优于对照组,两组数据对比可知,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者中具有积极的作用,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods40 patients undergoing treatment from May 2017 to February 2018 were convenient randomly divided into control group（conventional nursing service, n=20） and observation group（on this basis, comprehensive care was performed, n=20）, comparing the changes in perioperative indexes, complications, and satisfaction with nursing care between the two groups. Results The data of operative time, ambulation time, and length of hospital stay in the two groups of patients during the perioperative period the difference was statistically significant（t=5.481,15.403,5.955,P〈0.05）; The incidence and total satisfaction were 15.0% and 95.0%, respectively. The observation group was better than the control group. The comparison between the two groups showed that there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention plays an active role in patients with uterine fibroids. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
