关节松动技术结合针刺疗法对前交叉韧带重建术后患者步行能力的疗效研究

Study on the Effect of Joint Loosening Technique Combined with Acupuncture on Walking Ability after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的探讨关节松动术结合针刺疗法对前交叉韧带重建术后患者步行能力的疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年2月收治的80例前交叉韧带重建术的患者随机等分为两组。对照组术后采用关节松动术;观察组术后采用针刺结合关节松动术。采用HSS评分系统、步态评估量表(TGA)对膝关节恢复情况进行评估。结果观察组术后3个月、6个月时候HSS评分为(82.35±8.57)分、(91.26±12.24)分高于对照组的(78.13±8.92)分、(86.21±11.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.157、1.896,P<0.05)。观察组术后的术后3个月、6个月时候TGA评分为(8.02±2.25)分、(8.85±2.12)分高于对照组的(7.14±2.21)分、(8.02±1.93)分,治疗后1个月的疼痛评分为(3.26±1.27)分低于对照组的(4.02±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=1.765、1.831、2.563,P<0.05)。结论关节松动术结合针刺疗法能够促进前交叉韧带重建术后患者的关节功能和步态恢复,减轻术后疼痛。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of joint loosening combined with acupuncture on walking ability of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 80 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from January 2016 to February 2017 in the hospital were convenient randomly divided into two groups.In the control group, joint loosening was used after surgery; in the observation group, acupuncture and joint loosening were used after surgery. HSS scoring system and gait assessment scale（TGA） were used to evaluate knee recovery. Results In the observation group, the HSS score was（82.35±8.57）points and（91.26±12.24）points at 3 months and 6 months after operation,which was higher than（78.13±8.92）points and（86.21±11.57）points In the control group. The difference was statistically significant（t=2.157, 1.896, P〈0.05）. The TGA scores of the observation group were（8.02±2.25）points and（8.85±2.12）points at the 3 months and 6 months after operation in the observation group, which were higher than the（7.14±2.21）points and（8.02±1.93）points in the control group. The pain score was（3.26±1.27）points at 1 month after the treatment. which was lower than that of the control group（4.02±1.38）points. The difference was statistically significant（t=1.765, 1.831, 2.563, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthrodesis combined with acupuncture can promote joint function and gait recovery after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and relieve postoperative pain.
