生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的价值分析

Analysis of Biochemistry Test in Diagnosis of Diabetes

目的探讨糖尿病生化检验与常规检验的临床价值。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年6月该院收治的糖尿病患者80例,随机分为观察组40例(生化检验)和对照组40例(常规检验),对比分析两组患者的检测情况。结果两组患者就诊断有效率而言,观察组(85.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.226,P<0.05)。两组患者在临床检查项目中,观察组TC(4.11±1.57)mmol/L、TG(1.03±0.17)mmol/L、FPG(5.11±0.39)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.71±0.49)mmol/L要比对照组TC(6.72±1.47)mmol/L、TG(2.37±1.06)mmol/L、FPG(9.63±1.09)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(11.38±0.62)mmol/L明显,相比差异有统计学意义(t=5.012、6.254、9.224、8.124,P<0.05)。结论在临床医学中,和常规检验法进行对比,生化检验法在临床医学诊断中的医用价值更高。所以,为提高临床医学对糖尿病患者进行诊断的准确性,可将生化检验法作为治疗糖尿病临床诊断的首选方法。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical value of biochemical tests and routine tests of diabetes.Methods Convenient select 80 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（biochemical test） and control group（conventional test）, with 40 cases in each; comparative analysis of the detection of the two groups of patients. Results As for the two groups of patients in terms of diagnostic efficiency, the observation group（85.00%） was higher than the control group（70.00%）, compared to the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 9.226, P〈0.05）. In the two groups of patients in the clinical examination, the TC（4.11±1.57）mmol/L,TG（1.03±0.17） mmol/L, FPG（5.11±0.39）mmol/L, and postprandial 2 h glucose（6.71±0.49）mmol/L were higher than the control group TC（6.72±1.47）mmol/L, TG（2.37±1.06）mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose. It was statistically significant（t=5.012, 6.254, 9.224, 8.124, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical medicine, compared with conventional test, the biochemical test has a higher medical value in clinical medical diagnosis. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of clinical medicine for the diagnosis of diabetic patients, biochemical tests can be used as the preferred method for the clinical diagnosis of diabetes.
