脑电图、经颅多普勒及P300检测技术在老年性偏头痛患者诊断中的运用

Application of EEG, Transcranial Doppler and P300 Detection in the Diagnosis of Senile Migraine Patients

目的对脑电图、经颅多普勒及P300检测技术在老年性偏头痛患者诊断中的价值进行分析。方法方便选择该院2016年1月—2017年12月间收治的获得临床确诊的老年性偏头痛患者87例(研究组),另取同期健康体检者90名(对照组),均进行脑电图、经颅多普勒及P300检测,对受试者的临床检查结果进行统计分析。结果研究组患者脑电图检查异常率、经颅多普勒超声异常率均显著高于对照组;研究组P300电位潜伏期(343.22±34.54)ms、波幅为(5.54±1.79)μν,与对照组比较,其差异有统计学意义(t=21.334 2、20.189 3,P<0.05);研究组对P300靶刺激识别错误率为35.63%,与对照组比较相对较高(χ~2=13.395,P<0.05)。结论对老年性偏头痛患者展开脑电图、经颅多普勒超声检查和P300检查,可以为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠的参考依据,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the value of electroencephalography, transcranial Doppler and P300 detection in the diagnosis of senile migraine. Methods 87 patients with senile migraine who were admitted to the hospital between January 2016 and December 2017 were convenient selected（study group）, and 90 healthy patients（control group）were also taken at the same time. EEG, transcranial Doppler and P300 detection, the subjects＇ clinical examination results were analyzed. Results The abnormal rate of EEG and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group; P300 potential latency in study group（343.22 ±34.54）ms and the amplitude was（5.54±1.79）μν. There was a statistically significant difference（t=21.334 2,20.189 3, P〈0.05） compared with the control group; the study group identified the P300 target stimulus. The error rate was 35.63%, which was relatively higher compared with the control group（χ^2=13.395, P〈0.05）. Conclusion EEG, transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and P300 examination in elderly patients with migraine can provide a reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The clinical value is significant, and it is worth attention and promotion.
