摘要
中药传统炮制技术包括中药材的净选加工、切制、火制、复制、酵制、发芽、霜制、提净等,不同的炮制方法其应用目的各不相同,提高中药成品饮片的炮制质量是药师的职责,炮制不当不仅会对饮片的药用疗效造成影响,甚至会产生强烈的不良反应,导致患者死亡。但从目前形势来看,我国熟练掌握中药传统炮制技术的药工已经是凤毛麟角,很多年轻的药物工程人才不愿从事炮制行业,民间大众对传统炮制工艺和流程更是甚少了解,导致很多中药传统炮制技术面临失传和被淡忘。该研究基于以上背景,从中药传统炮制技术的传承和创新2个方面出发,对保护和传承我国中药文化精粹,创新中药炮制技术的途径进行了探讨。
The traditional processing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine include the net selection, processing, cutting, fire, replication, fermentation, germination, frosting, and extraction of Chinese herbal medicines. The different processing methods have different application purposes, and they can improve the finished Chinese medicines. The quality of concocting is the responsibility of the pharmacist. Improper processing will not only affect the medicinal effect of the decoction pieces, but also cause strong adverse reactions, leading to the death of the patient. However, judging from the current situation, Chinese medicine workers who are skilled in traditional Chinese medicine processing techniques are already rare.Many young drug engineering talents are reluctant to engage in the concocting industry, and the public are less familiar with traditional processing techniques and processes, resulting in many Chinese medicines. Traditional concoction techniques are lost and forgotten. Based on the above background, this article starts with the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine processing techniques and discusses ways to protect and inherit the essence of Chinese medicine culture and innovate Chinese medicine processing techniques.
