黛力新联合音乐疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的效果观察

Deanxit combined with music therapy on post-stroke depression patients and the effect on neurologic function

目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁患者采用黛力新联合音乐疗法治疗的效果及对神经功能的影响。方法收集南阳市中心医院2013-01—2016-12收治确诊为首次脑卒中患者,随机单盲取法分为观察组与对照组各47例,对照组给予黛力新及神经内科常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合音乐疗法治疗。所有患者均随访1a,观察2组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(MAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、斯堪的那维亚神经功能缺损评分量表(MESSS)评分及用药期间不良反应。于末次随访评定抑郁及神经功能治疗效果。结果治疗前2组患者MAMD、HAMA、MESSS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后各项量表评分均较同组治疗前及对照组治疗后降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗抑郁总有效率97.67%,神经功能改善总有效率82.98%,高于对照组的81.40%、57.45%(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合音乐疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者作用明显,可有效治疗抑郁,促进神经功能修复,降低黛力新不良反应。

Objective To explore the effects of Deanxit combined with music therapy in stroke patients with depression and effect on neurologic function. Methods From January 2013 to December 2016,stroke patients in our hosptial were randomly divided into observation group and control group（47 cases in each group）.The control group was treated with Deanxit on the basis of routine treatment;the observation group was treated with combined therapy of music therapy on the basis of the control group.All patients were followed up for 1 year were observed both before and after treatmentwith Hamilton Depression table score（mamd） score,Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score,Scandinavian neurological deficit score table（mESSS） score,the drug adverse reactions were also recorded.The effect of depression and neurological function was assessed at the end of the follow up. Results Two groups had similar MAMD,HAMA,MESSS score before treatment.After treatment,the observation group had significantly lower scores compared with before the treatment and the control group.The anti depression rate of observation group was 97.67%,the effective rate in neurologic function was 82.98%,which were significantly higher than that of the control group（81.4% and 57.45%）.The drug adverse effect rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Deanxit combined with music therapy is effective in post stroke depression patients,can promotebetter neurologic function and reduce the adverse effect of Deanxit.
