目标管理模式在外科护理管理中应用研究

Research on Application of Targeted Management Model in the Nursing Management in the Department of Surgery

目的观察目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的运用效果。方法选取在该院外科(在2015年5月—2016年5月)收治的200例患者作为对照组(常规护理服务),再选取外科2016年6月—2017年6月收治的200例患者作为实验组(目标管理模式),两组护理工作人员均为同一批工作人员。分析两组患者的不良风险事件(输错液、药物外渗以及漏输液体等)、对护理工作人员的满意度以及护理人员理论合格率和操作合格率等参数指标。结果 (1)实验组患者不良风险事件发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);(2)实验组患者对护理工作人员的满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的运用效果显著。

Objective To observe the application effect of targeted management model in the nursing management in the department of surgery. Methods 200 cases of patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the control group（routine nursing service）, and 200 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the experimental group（targeted management model）, and the nursing working staff in the two groups were the same working staff, and the adverse risk events（fluid infusion, drug exudation and leakage of liquid） of the two groups were analyzed, and the satisfactory degree to the nursing working staff, and qualified rates of theory of nursing staff and operation were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of adverse risk events in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）; and the satisfactory degree of patients in the experimental group to the nursing work staff was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of target management model in the nursing management in the department of surgery is obvious.
