阜阳市颍泉区首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学调查

摘要 目的通过对1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例调查分析,探索流行病学调查在突发公共卫生事件调查处置中的应用效果及病例感染原因。方法 2017年1月27日对1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例开展流行病学调查分析,对其密切接触者进行追踪及医学观察,采用RT-PCR法对核酸进行亚型的鉴定。结果患者为实验室确诊病例,发病前有活禽市场及禽类暴露史,感染来源可能与接触活禽市场污染物有关。结论暴露于活禽市场,直接或间接接触活禽可能是感染的危险因素;现场流行病学调查是突发公共卫生事件处置的重要依据和方法。 Objective To investigate one case infected with H7N9 avian influenza in Yingquan District in Fuyang and explore the application effect and case infectious causes of epidemiology in the investigation and disposal of public health emergencies. Methods January 27 th 2017 1 case infected with H7N9 avian influenza was for epidemiology investigation, and the close contacts were for tracing and medical observation, and the nucleic acid was for subtype identification by the RTPCR method. Results The patients were the confirmed cases in the laboratory, with poultry market and poultry exposure history before onset, and the infection origin may be related to the exposure to the contaminants in live poultry market.Conclusion The exposure to the poultry markets, and direct or indirect exposure to the live-birds may the risk factors of infection, and the investigation of epidemiology is a major basis and method of treatment of public health emergencies.
