摘要
目的研究抗菌药物在妇产科当中的合理应用管理情况,探讨科学的抗菌合理用用药物的方法 ,达到降低抗菌药物使用率的目的。方法选择在2016年3月—2017年11月在该医院的自然分娩和剖腹产的病例资料,统计分析每位病例的用药情况。结果行剖腹产的产妇存在较多的抗菌药物滥用现象;用于自然分娩的病例药物使用不合理情况居多。结论妇产科抗菌药物运用情况不容乐观,抗菌药物的应用管理还需进一步加强。
Objective To research the rational application and management of antibacterial drugs in the department of gynecology and obstetrics and study the scientific and rational method to reduce the usage rate of antibacterial drugs. Methods The data of cases with natural labor and cesarean section in our hospital from March 2016 to November 2017 were selected,and the medication of each case was statistically analyzed. Results Most abuse of antibacterial drugs in the delivery women with cesarean section existed, and the irrational conditions of drugs of cases with natural labor were most. Conclusion The application of antibacterial drugs in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is not optimistic, and the application and management of antibacterial drugs needs the further enhancement.
