摘要
应当依据内分泌科的特点,根据临床带教的相关规定,从而设计适用于内分泌科的有效带教方法。培养具备良好的临床实践操作技能,最终提高学生临床综合实践能力,是内分泌科医学生培养中极为重要的教学环节。提高内分泌科临床带教效果的策略是围绕基础定义知识点综合教学、初步建立对该科较为齐全的知识架构,对拟讲解的疾病做细致剖析、全面探究,增强医学生临床分析能力,让学生根据设计的问题来加入病例讨论,开展临床病例综合讨论分析,采用多站式的考核形式,增强学生综合能力。要以改革与发展的角度去看待在教学改革和实践中出现的问题,不断总结经验,从而建立起适合自己的见习带教教学模式。
We should design the effective teaching method in the department of endocrinology according to its features and related regulations of clinical teaching thus cultivating the good clinical practical operation skill and finally improving the comprehensive practice abilities of students, which is an extremely important teaching link in the cultivation in the department of endocrinology. The strategies of improving the clinical teaching effect is conducting the general teaching around the basic definition knowledge point, establishing a complete knowledge structure initially, constructing a detail analysis and general study of the diseases planned to explain, enhancing the clinical analysis abilities, developing the general discussion and analysis of clinical cases, using the multi-station examination form, and enhancing the comprehensive abilities of students. We should view the iss ues in the teaching reform and practice, constantly summarize the experience from the perspective of reform and development thus establishing the proper practical teaching model.
