Study on Formation Mechanism of Drug Prices in the Public Hospital under the Background of New Medical Reform

长期以来,"看病难、看病贵"是比较强烈的社会问题,已严重影响人民群众的就医需求及生活质量,是政府进行医改的难题之一。"看病贵"因药而贵,表现为药费占整体医疗费用比率高、部分药品价格昂贵、价贵药品使用量大。合理的药品形成机制是缓解这一社会问题的关键。鉴于此,该文对现有的药品价格形成机制进行分析,同时提出了药品价格机制的改革措施。

In a long term, the ＂being difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂ is a strong social problem, seriously affecting the medical demand and quality of life of the masses, and it is one of the difficult problems of medical reform of the governments. The manifestations of ＂being expensive to see a doctor＂ are high ratio of drug cost in the holistic medical cost,expensive price of some drugs, and big dosage of high-price drugs. The rational formation mechanism of drugs is the key to relieving the social problem. Based on the above, the paper analyzes the current drug price formation mechanism, and puts forwards the reform measures of drug price mechanism.
