摘要
针对传统周波变流器逆变电路各功率开关器件软开关实现困难且控制策略复杂等问题,提出了一种次级双绕组周波变流器软开关的控制策略,通过解调过程中功率开关器件的重叠导通,充分利用漏感能量的环流实现了功率开关器件的软开关.分析了周波变流器工作过程并搭建实验平台,实验结果验证了本文所提出方法的正确性与可行性.
Aimed at difficulties of realizing soft switching and the complexity of control strategy of each power switching device in traditional inverter circuit, this paper proposes a control strategy for soft switching of secondary dual-winding cycloconverter. Through the overlapping conductance of the power switching devices in the demodulation process, the paper makes full use of the loop current of the leakage inductance energy to realize soft switching of the power switching device. Finally the paper analyzes the working process of cycloconverter and builds an experiment platform. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
