军民融合背景下军校研究生培养思路探究

Research on postgraduate training in military academy under the background of military-civilian integration

为了探究军校研究生的军地高校联合培养问题,从作者参与军地高校研究生"联合培养"项目的亲身经历出发,首先分析了军地高校"联合培养"项目对军校研究生教育带来的影响,然后给出了"联合培养"项目引发的思考,最后提出了进一步改革推广军地高校研究生"联合培养"项目的建议,以期为军校研究生的培养提供参考.

In order to explore the joint training of military postgraduate by civilian universities and military academies, and based on the author＇s experience of participating in the joint training projects, this article firstly analyzes the effects of the joint training program of civilian universities and military academies on the military academy＇s postgraduate education. And then the article discusses the thinking aroused by joint training programs.Finally the article puts forward some suggestions for the further reform and promotion of joint training programs so as to provide a reference for the postgraduates training in military academies.
