Study on integral training mode for radar soldier-students

整体训练是雷达专业学兵教学内容的重要组成部分.为了提升实战化背景下雷达专业学兵整体训练的质量效益,对当前训练机构整体训练中存在的主要问题进行了分析,根据整体训练课程的特点及定位,提出了一种实战化训练的教学模式.教学实践表明,该模式下的整体训练对专业学兵了解战斗值班的流程、环境和操作方法有着较好的效果,可为雷达训练机构整体训练提供参考.

Integral training is an important part of the teaching content for soldier-students of radar specialty.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the integral training of radar specialty soldier-students under the background of actual combat, this article analyzes the main problems existing in the current integral training performed by training institutions. And then the article is based on the characteristics and orientation of the integral training course to put forward a teaching mode of actual-combat training. The teaching practice shows that the proposed integral training mode has a good effect for the professional soldier-students to understand the flow, environment and operation approach of being on combat duty, which is in the position to provide a reference for the radar training institutions to implement integral training.
