糖尿病合并股骨头坏死置换术的护理观察

Observation on Nursing of Diabetes Combined with Femur Head Necrosis Replacement

目的分析糖尿病合并股骨头坏死置换术的护理观察。方法选择2016年9月—2017年11月来该院就诊的100例伴有糖尿病病症的股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,依照就诊顺序,分成两组,每组50例。对照组开展常规性护理,观察组接受有针对性的护理。分析两组效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度、护理前后的血糖值指标变化情况评分,均明显优于对照组,两组对比数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受置换术的股骨头坏死患者,开展有针对性的护理方案,能提升患者治疗效果,改善生存质量,降低并发症发生率,促进患者疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze the nursing observation of diabetes combined with femur head necrosis replacement.Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetes combined with femur head necrosis diagnosed in our hospital from September2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the diagnosis order,the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the targeted nursing, and the effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree score and changes of blood glucose before and after nursing in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The development of targeted nursing plan for patients with femur head necrosis replacement can improve the treatment effect, improve the survival quality, reduce the incidence rate of complications and promote the disease outcome of patients, and it is worth further promotion and application.
