循证护理模式与传统护理模式在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者中的疗效对比观察

Observation on Comparison of Curative Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Model and Traditional Nursing Model in the Senile Patients with Digestive Ulcer Combined with Diabetes

目的探讨循证护理模式与传统护理模式在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者中的疗效。方法采取随机抽样法对该院收治的老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者进行研究,从中选择80例患者均分为2组(80例老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者收治时间为2017年1月—2018年1月),其中一组患者实施传统护理模式,设为对照组;另一组患者实施循证护理模式,设为观察组。对比2组老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理效果。结果 2组患者实施不同的护理模式后,其临床疗效、护理满意度对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施循证护理服务有助于提高老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效,保证患者的血糖水平稳定,提高患者的护理满意度,十分值得推荐。

Objective To study the comparison of curative effect of evidence-based nursing model and traditional nursing model in the senile patients with digestive ulcer combined with diabetes. Methods 80 cases of senile patients with digestive ulcer combined with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups, from January 2017 to January 2018, the control group used the traditional nursing model, while the observation group used the evidence-based nursing model, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the differences in the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing service contributes to improving the clinical curative effect of senile patients with digestive ulcer combined with diabetes, ensure the stability of blood glucose level and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth recommendation.
