经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病围术期护理体会

Nursing Experience of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Treatment of Renal Stones Combined with Diabetes During the Perioperative Period

目的对经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理进行探析。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年1月在该院接受PCNL治疗的68例肾结石合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同分成观察组和对照组,每组34例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程护理,对比两组护理前后患者空腹血糖(GLU)改善情况。结果护理后,两组患者的GLU、SAS评分均有改善,但观察组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾结石合并糖尿病患者的PCNL围术期,必须加强患者血糖控制,减少并发症发生,提高手术效果。

Objective To study the nursing experience of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of renal stones combined with diabetes during the perioperative period. Methods 68 cases of patients with renal stones combined with diabetes for PCNL therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the whole-course nursing, and the improvement of GLU was compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the GLU and SAS scores in the two groups were improved, but the improvement effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with renal stones combined with diabetes during the PCNL perioperative period, we must enhance the blood glucose control, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the operative effect.
