硫辛酸对2型糖尿病患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of Lipoic Acid on the Anxiety and Depression Emotions of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨硫辛酸对2型糖尿病患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2018年2月收治的2型糖尿病患者116例,随机分配在A组(58例,每天静脉使用硫辛酸)和B组(58例,一般治疗)中,使用汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)量表分别对两组患者在住院治疗前和治疗2周后进行焦虑、抑郁状况评估。结果治疗前,两组HAMA、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);硫辛酸治疗2周后,A组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于B组,两组评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸能改善2型糖尿病患者焦虑与抑郁情绪。

Objective To study the effect of lipoic acid on the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 116 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each, the group A used the intravenous drip of lipoic acid, while the group B used the general treatment, and the anxiety and depression statuses before treatment and in 2 weeks after treatment were evaluated according to the HAMA and HAMD scales. Results Before treatment, the differences in the HAMA, HAMD scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after 2-week treatment of lipoic acid, and the HAMA, HAMD scores in the group A were lower than those in the group B, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lipoic acid can improve the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with type 2 diabetes.
