浅析中西医结合治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Patients with Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究分析高血压合并2型糖尿病患者临床使用中西结合治疗的效果。方法 2013年3月—2016年3月该院对130例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,均有65例患者,对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组使用西药治疗和中药治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗有效率是92.31%。对照组临床有效率是72.31%。观察组的临床治疗有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者接受中西结合治疗的临床效果比较突出,患者的血糖和血压控制理想可以促进治疗效果提升,降低并发症,是比较可靠的治疗方式,临床中可以推广使用。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Methods 130 cases of patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 65 cases in each, the control group used the routine western medicine, while the observation group used the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the clinical treatment situation was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 92.31% and 72.31%, and the clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of patients with hypertension and type2 diabetes is outstanding, and the ideal control of blood glucose and blood pressure can promote the improvement of treatment effect, and reduce the complications, and it is a reliable treatment method, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
