浅析2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者心脏变时性功能变化及意义

Analysis of Changes of Chronotropic Function of the Heart and Significance of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Metabolism Syndrome

摘要 目的对2型糖尿病合并代谢性综合征患者的心脏病变功能情况给予探讨分析,对患者的心肌缺血状态以及对疾病的影响进行分析。方法 2015年4月—2017年12月该院对200例糖尿病患者和50名正常体检者进行了对比分析,将患者分成MS组、T2DM组和对照组,对患者的ST-T变化情况分组,心肌缺血组和非心肌缺血组两组,根据心功能分成CI和正常组,对患者进行平板心电运动试验分析。结果心肌缺血患者的CI率和MS率均要高于非心肌缺血患者,两组的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血脂异常、高血压和MS是导致2型糖尿病患者心功能异常和不全的主要原因。结论心功能不全会让2型糖尿病患者的心肌缺血几率提升,临床中关注患者的心肌缺血情况,对心功能进行判断,了解相关因素可以有效的降低患者的风险。 Objective To study and analyze the changes of chronotropic function of the heart and significance of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with metabolism syndrome and analyze the effect of ischemic state of myocardium on the diseases. Methods 200 cases of diabetes patients and 50 cases of normal physical examination people in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the MS group, T2DM group and the control group, and the patients were grouped according to the changes of ST-T, including the ischemia myocardial group and non-ischemia myocardial group, and grouped according to the cardiac function, including the CI group and the normal group, and the patients were for treadmill electrocardiogram test. Results The CI rate and MS rate of patients with myocardial ischemia were higher than those of patients with non-myocardial ischemia, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the abnormal blood liquid, hypertension and MS were the major causes of cardiac dysfunction and insufficiency of patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion The cardiac functional insufficiency can improve the-ischemia myocardial probability of patients with type 2 diabetes, and we should pay attention to the ischemia myocardial situation of patients in clinic, and determine the cardiac function, and mastering the related factors can effectively reduce the risk of patients.
