2型糖尿病治疗中甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈的联合应用

Combined Application of Insulin Glargine Combined with Repaglinide in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察2型糖尿病治疗中甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈的联合应用疗效。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月接收的68例2型糖尿病患者为该次实验研究对象,对照组34例患者皮下注射预混胰岛素(门冬胰岛素30),实验组34例患者为皮下注射甘精胰岛素与口服瑞格列奈治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者给药治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)各项数值均明显优于对照组,实验组患者治疗3个疗程后临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(97.1%vs 85.3%),两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者联合甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈可有效改善个体血糖、糖化血红蛋白。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 68 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the control group used the subcutaneous injection of premixed insulin（insulin aspart 30）, while the experimental group used the oral administration of glargine on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FPG, 2 hPG and HbAlc in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, after three treatment courses, the total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group（97.1% vs 85.3%）,and the differences in the data between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of individuals.
