护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响及分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance of Patients with Gestation and Diabetes and Analysis

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取该进修单位收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者40例,按随机平均分为观察组和对照组。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、血糖水平和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性显著优于对照组。护理后观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高妊娠合并糖尿病患者的治疗依从性,控制血糖水平。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with gestation and diabetes and analysis. Methods 40 cases of patients with gestation and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and the treatment compliance, blood glucose level and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, after nursing, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with gestation and diabetes and control the blood glucose level.
