甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗老年糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Glimepiride in Treatment of Senile Diabetes

目的对老年糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素和格列美脲治疗的效果进行分析探讨。方法从2016年12月—2017年12月在该院进行治疗的老年糖尿病患者中,选取100例作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组各50例,采用重组人胰岛素进行治疗的一组为对照组,联合使用甘精胰岛素和格列美脲治疗的一组为观察组,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果在治疗之后,观察组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及餐后两小时血糖水平均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在低血糖发生率方面,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年糖尿病患者,给予甘精胰岛素和格列美脲治疗,有助于控制患者的血糖水平,且减少低血糖的发生,具有较高的安全性,值得临床上推广运用。

Objective To analyze and study the curative effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in treatment of senile diabetes. Methods 100 cases of senile diabetes patients treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with rh-insulin, while the observation group were treated with insulin glargine combined with glimepiride, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in treatment of senile diabetes contributes to controlling the blood glucose level, and reducing the occurrence of hypoglycemia, with higher safety, and it is worth promotion and application.
