葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的有效性分析

Analysis of Effectiveness of Gegen Qinlian Tang in Treatment of Diabetes Patients

目的探究葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的有效性。方法对该院治疗的78例糖尿病患者的完整资料进行查看与分析研究,资料收集时间为2016年10月—2017年12月,采用数字表法随机分配78例患者为观察组和対照组,各39例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予葛根芩连汤。分析比较两组患者临床治疗的有效性,观察两组患者采用不同治疗方式的临床效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(92.31%)明显大于对照组临床治疗总有效率(76.92%),参照中医证候评分,两组患者治疗后证候积分(29.14±7.35)分明显大于治疗前证候积分(28.79±7.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者服用中医葛根芩连汤临床效果显著,能够控制患者血糖水平在正常范围内,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To study the effectiveness of gegen qinlian tang in treatment of diabetes patients. Methods 78 cases of diabetes treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group used the routine drugs, while the observation group were treated with gegen qinlian tang, and the effectiveness of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups, and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.31% vs 76.92%）, and the syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was obviously higher than that before treatment[（29.14±7.35）marks vs（28.79±7.21）marks]. and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of gegen qinlian tang in treatment of diabetes patients is obvious, which can control the blood glucose level into the normal range, and improve the quality of life, and it is worth promotion and application in clinical treatment.
