探讨中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of TCM in Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy

目的研究分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者的中医治疗情况,给临床使用中医治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月该院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者64例进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组使用基础治疗,研究组使用基础治疗和中医治疗,对两组治疗情况进行对比。结果两组的正中神经和腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有17例显效,13例有效,2例无效,临床治疗有效率是93.75%,对照组有14例显效,11例有效,7例无效,临床治疗有效率是78.12%。两组的临床治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.35,P<0.05)。结论中医对于糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗效果比较突出,患者的神经功能有了显著的改善,临床可以进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of TCM in treatment of diabetic neuropathy thus providing reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 64 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group used the basic therapy, while the research group used the basic therapy and TCM therapy, and the treatment situation was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve before and after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and in the research group, 17 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the clinical treatment effective rate was 93.75%, in the control group, 14 cases were merely effective, 11 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, and the clinical treatment effective rate was 78.12%, and the difference in the clinical treatment effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（χ2=4.35, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of TCM in treatment of diabetic neuropathy is outstanding, and the nerve function of patients is obviously improved, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
