健康教育实施于糖尿病患者的效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Health Education in Patients with Diabetes

目的分析评价健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法该次一共纳入该院在2016年1月—2017年12月收治的76例糖尿病患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组38例采取常规护理方法,观察组38例则侧重健康教育方案的实施,比较两组护理效果。结果在血糖水平控制优良率方面,观察组为94.74%,和对照组的71.05%比较明显更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在糖尿病知识知晓程度评分及SF-36生活质量评分方面,观察组均明显高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采取健康教育的效果显著,值得采纳及使用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of health education in patients with diabetes. Methods76 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the health education plan, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of blood glucose level control in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（94.74% vs 71.05%）, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the awareness degree score of diabetes knowledge and quality of life scores of SF-36 in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of health education in diabetes is obvious, which is worth recommendation and application.
