西安市口腔医生使用医疗社交媒体的现状调查

An investigation and analysis on the medical online media of dentists in Xi'an

目的了解西安市口腔医生对医疗社交媒体的认知情况和使用现状,分析医疗社交媒体的优缺点及影响因素,为推动医疗社交媒体在口腔医疗领域的广泛使用奠定基础。方法针对使用情况设计调查问卷,于2017年7-8月份分别在西安市20家口腔医疗机构对177名在岗口腔医生进行问卷调查(有效问卷172份),并对结果进行统计分析。结果医疗社交媒体认知率为69.2%,使用率为39.0%,使用频率以一周数次最多见(13.4%)。使用目的集中在查阅资料(25.6%)、与同行交流心得(22.7%)、医患沟通(21.5%)等方面。交流内容不可靠(15.1%)、泄露个人隐私(15.1%)等问题的选项占比较高。调查对象对社交媒体满意度为20.9%。结论西安市口腔医生对医疗社交媒体的认知情况良好,但使用度不高。使用社交媒体的目的更倾向于专业交流和学习。各媒体安全性、专业性、信息质量等方面存在的问题是制约医疗社交媒体发展和应用的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the acquaintance of dentists in Xi＇an with medical online media,and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of medical online media and its influence factors for promoting the medical online media widely used in the field of oral health care.Methods The questionnaire was conducted on 177 dentists in 20 stomatological medical institutions in Xi＇an from July to August in 2017,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 172 questionnaires were valid.The awareness rate of medical online media was 69.2%,the utilization rate was 39.0%,and the usage frequency was at most several times a week（13.4%）.The main purpose of the application was to search information（25.6%）,share experiences with dentists（22.7%）,and communicate with patients（21.5%）.Problems such as unreliable communication content（15.1%） and disclosure of personal privacy（15.1%） were relatively high.Respondents＇ satisfaction with online media was 20.9%.Conclusion Dentists in Xi＇an have a good awareness of medical online media,but low utilization rate.The purpose of using online media is more inclined to professional communication and learning.Problems in terms of security,professionalism and information quality of medical online media are important factors to restrict the development and application of medical online media.
