摘要
为了提高励磁系统的可靠性、调节的快速性,增加励磁系统的输出容量,通过对影响励磁系统均流系数的因素分析,根据现场实际情况,采用了自然均流和整流柜内双交流母线端子排布置的方法,对励磁系统三面整流柜进行了改造,解决了一侧引入交流引线的励磁功率整流装置均流系数降低的问题,满足了励磁系统新版规程对功率整流装置均流系数的指标要求,使整个励磁系统功率设备的容量得到充分和合理的应用,延长了励磁系统元器件的使用寿命。
In order to improve the reliability of the excitation system and the rapidity of adjustment,increased the output capacity of the excitation system,through the analysis of the factors affecting the current balance coefficient of the excitation system,according to the actual conditions of the field,the three-side rectifier cabinet of the excitation system was reconstructed by the method of natural current sharing and arrangement of double AC bus terminal strips in the rectifier cabinet.The problem of reducing the current-sharing coefficient of the excitation power rectification device with the introduction of the AC lead on one side is solved,and the requirements of the new version regulation of the excitation system on the current-sharing coefficient of the power rectifier device are satisfied,so that the capacity of the power equipment of the entire excitation system is fully and reasonably applied,extending the service life of the excitation system components.
