糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的护理体会探索

Nursing Experience of Patients with Diabetes Combined with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的对糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的护理方法以及护理效果进行探究分析,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法将2016年4月—2018年3月作为研究时间段,在该时间段中从该院选取100例糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行探究分析,随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,将传统常规护理方法应用在对照组中,将整体护理方法应用在观察组中,比较两组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度。结果两组干预前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经分组干预后获得改善,且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组在治疗完成后2～12个月之间的NRS疼痛评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中应用整体护理的效果显著,有效降低患者血糖水平,降低了其疼痛程度,同时提升了患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing methods and nursing effects of patients with diabetic postherpetic neuralgia and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods From April 2016 to March 2018 as the study period,100 patients with diabetic postherpetic neuralgia were selected from the hospital for analysis and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. In 50 cases, the traditional routine nursing method was applied to the control group, and the overall nursing method was applied to the observation group. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Improvements were obtained after group intervention, and the improvement effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The difference was statis tically significant（P〈0.05）; Satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group was between 2 months and 12 months after the completion of the treatment. The NRS pain scores were all lower, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing in patients with diabetic postherpetic neuralgia is significant, which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients, reduce the degree of pain, and at the same time improve the patient’s care satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
