地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Detemir Combined with Repaglinide on Elderly Type 2Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月该科收治的老年2型糖尿病患者134例,随机分为两组各67例,对照组给予地特胰岛素,观察组给予地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.5%,明显优于对照组79.1%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平及低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者采用地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,能有效控制血糖,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of insulin detemir combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the elderly. Methods A total of 134 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the department from February2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups of 67 patients in each group. The control group received insulin detemir, and the observation group received insulin detemir combined with repaglinide. The results were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.5% in the observation group, which was significantly better than that in the control group（79.1%）（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c levels and hypoglycemia incidence were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Detemir combined with repaglinide in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control blood glucose and improve the therapeutic effect.
