护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响探讨

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Diabetes

目的对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预后的生活质量影响进行分析探讨。方法将该院2017年5—12月期间收治的精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者180例作为该次实验的研究对象,按照随机的方式分为观察组和对照组各90例,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比。结果经过综合护理干预的观察组患者临床护理效果显著,生活质量显著提高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的不良心理和自我管理能力的改善提高具有极为显著的作用,患者的生活质量和满意度明显提高,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of quality of life after nursing intervention in schizophrenic patients with diabetes. Methods 180 patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes treated in the hospital from May to December2017 were selected as the subject of this experiment. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 90 cases. The observation group was implemented. Comprehensive nursing interventions and routine care interventions were performed in the control group to compare the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results In the observation group after comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical nursing effect was significant, and the quality of life was significantly improved. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has a very significant effect on the improvement of bad psychology and self-management ability of patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes. The patient’s quality of life and satisfaction are significantly improved, and it is worth promoting in clinical application.
