糖尿病护理中品管圈运行方式及效果探析

Analysis on the Operation Mode and Effect of Quality Control Circle in Di-abetes Care

目的探讨质量控制环在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法自2017年4月—2018年3月,将该院130例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。所有患者均被临床诊断为糖尿病患者,诊断符合糖尿病诊断标准。结果观察组护理前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组便秘症状评分及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理质量的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理对于糖尿病患者来说,常规护理进入质量控制圈更有效,可以提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广和使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control ring in the care of diabetic patients. Methods From April2017 to March 2018, 130 patients with diabetes in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. All patients were clinically diagnosed with diabetes and the diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes. Results There was no significant difference in the observation group before and after nursing（P〉0.05）.The constipation symptom scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the quality of care than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical care is more effective for patients with diabetes to enter the quality control circle for routine care, which can improve patient satisfaction with care and is worthy of promotion and use.
