肝硬化合并糖尿病患者人性化护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Nursing in Patients with Cirrhosis Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨肝硬化合并糖尿病患者实施人性化护理的效果。方法选取该科2017年1月—2018年1月收治的肝硬化合并糖尿病患者82例,随机分为两组各41例,观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组FPG(5.9±0.4)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.8±0.9)mmol/L、ALT(30.8±6.3)U/L、AST(36.1±5.4)U/L均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.1%,明显优于对照组80.5%(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化合并糖尿病患者进行人性化护理,可有效控制血糖,改善肝功能,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanized care in cirrhosis patients with diabetes. Methods 82 cases of cirrhosis complicated with diabetes admitted to the department from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases. The observation group was given humanized care, and the control group was given routine nursing care to compare the effects of nursing. Results FPG（5.9 ±0.4）mmol/L, 2 hPG（8.8 ±0.9）mmol/L, ALT（30.8 ±6.3）U/L,AST（36.1±5.4）U/L were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）; The satisfaction rate of observation in the observation group was 95.1%,which was significantly better than that in the control group（80.5%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanized care for cirrhosis patients with diabetes can effectively control blood glucose, improve liver function, and improve patient care satisfaction.
