Objective To explore the effect of full-scale health education management in the care of patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 90 cases of gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital were regarded as subjects of the study. The time of inclusion was from July 2016 to July 2017. The random number table method was used as reference for control group and observation group. There were 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care. Patients in the observation group were given full-course health education management. Glucose index and health knowledge control scores were compared between the two groups of patients. Results From the two-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose indexes, there was a significant difference in the index changes between the control group and the observation group before and after nursing. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05);From the index point of view, there was a significant difference in the index changes between the control group and the observation group before and after nursing. The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of whole-course health education management for patients with gestational diabetes is effective. It can effectively control fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels within the normal range to enhance the degree of knowledge of the disease. It is therefore worth using and promoting in clinical care.
