α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对氧化应激和炎症反应的影响分析

Effect of α-lipoic Acid and Methylcobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Its Effect on Oxidative Stress and Inflammatory Response

目的分析α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对氧化应激和炎症反应的影响。方法 2016年1月—2018年1月间将120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者平均分为对照组与研究组,对照组甲钴胺治疗,研究组联合甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸治疗,观察疗效。结果治疗后,研究组TSS评分、TCSS评分、血糖指标与氧化应激及炎症反应指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变,α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺联合治疗,疗效满意。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of α-lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on oxidative stress and inflammatory response. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were equally divided into the control gro up and the study group. The control group was treated with mecobalamin. The study group was treated with mecobalamin and α-lipoic acid, and the curative effect was observed. Results After treatment, the study group of TSS score, TCSS score, blood glucose index and oxidative stress and inflammatory response indicators were better than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy, combined therapy with α-lipoic acid and mecobalamin, has satisfactory results.
