摘要 开体泥驳开体与合体动作是依靠安装于船体上的2套大型铸钢铰链作为支点来实现的,其制造与装配技术是泥驳能否成功建造的关键。以3000m^3自航开体泥驳为例,主要介绍用于开体的大型铸钢铰链眼板的焊接工艺和在船上的装配工艺,合理安排和仔细把控工艺流程,使整个安装得以成功实施,并为以后同类型开体泥驳的建造提供参考。 The opening and closing motion of the split hopper barge is realized by 2 large cast steel hinges installed on the hull as the fulcrum,and the manufacturing and assembly technology is the key to the successful construction of the split hopper barge.Taking the 3000 m^3 split hopper barge with self-propulsion as an example,the welding and assembly technology on the ship of lifting eye of large cast steel hinge for opening is mainly introduced.The reasonable arrangement and detailed control of the technological process are made,and the whole installation can be implemented successfully,which can provide reference for the future construction of the same type of split hopper barge.
