Improvement on Invar Secondary Tongue Flanging Machine in LNG Cargo Tank

卡舌折边机主要用于液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船液货舱内殷瓦卡舌的预制及安装,目前该设备均依赖进口。针对进口卡舌折边机的机械性能及存在稳定性差、舌板成形缺陷和质量不佳、伺服控制器损坏严重等问题,提出相应的解决方案。实践证明,改进后的设备各项性能均得到显著改善,生产效率得到较大提升。

The secondary tongue flanging machine is used for the prefabrication and installation of the invar tongue in the cargo tank of Liquefied Natural Gas（LNG）carrier.At present,the equipment relies on imports.In view of the mechanical properties of the imported secondary tongue flanging machine and its poor stability,the defect of the clapper forming and the poor quality,and the serious damage of the servo controller,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It is proved that the performance of the improved equipment is significantly improved,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
