摘要 以与船体基本投影面呈双倾角的全回转推进器为例,深入研究其结构形式及特点,充分利用手工放样中的投影改造方法,实现全回转推进器附近船体结构的精准放样展开,以弥补软件对结构复杂零件展开所产生的精度偏差,确保重要设备结构的精度和性能,使此类复杂结构放样更加简单方便。 A case study of the full rotary propeller with a double angle to the basic projective plane of the hull is taken for an example.The types and characteristics of the structure are deeply researched.Full use is taken of for the projective transformation method in the manual lofting is.It achieves the precise lofting of the hull structure near the full rotary propeller,and makes up for the precision deviation of the complex structure parts expanded by software,and ensures the accuracy and performance of important equipments,and makes this kind of complex structure lofting easier.
