硬件在环仿真测试技术及其在船舶行业中的应用现状 被引量:4

摘要 硬件在环仿真测试技术是一种用于检测和验证控制系统软件可靠性的高效仿真测试技术,具有灵便程度高、可重复性强、测试周期短、经济性良好等特点。硬件在环仿真测试技术已经较为广泛地应用于汽车、航空、航天等领域,国外的船舶行业也已经开始推广该技术。结合硬件在环仿真测试技术的特点及其相较于传统测试技术的优势,总结关键技术要点,讨论该技术目前在国内船舶行业的研究与应用情况,并给出合理化建议。 The hardware in the loop simulation and test technology is a high efficient simulation test technique for testing and verifying control system software.It has the characteristics of high flexibility,high repeatability,short test cycle and good economy.This technology is already widely used in auto industry,aviation industry and aerospace industry.The application of this technology is also introduced in shipbuilding industry of some foreign countries.Based on the characteristics of hardware in the loop simulation and test technology and its advantages compared with traditional test technologies,the key technical points are concluded,the development of this technology in the domestic shipping industry are discussed.It is considered that its research and application in the domestic shipbuilding industry needs further development,and the rationalization proposals are given.
