In the background of the downturn of shipping and shipbuilding market,reducing the cost of shipbuilding logistics can significantly enhance the market competitiveness of shipping companies.The characteristics of logistics management in shipbuilding is introduced,and the current situation and shortcomings of logistics management in shipbuilding are analyzed.The strategy of establishing a modern logistics management system based on informatization to reduce the logistics cost is put forward,which can provide some references for improving the level of logistics management of shipbuilding companies.
