摘要
以上海星河湾三期住宅地下车库为例,通过建筑策划和后评估分析,提出了高端住宅地库设计要求,提升了部分设计标准,使项目在设计、选材、工期、成本、运营等各方面得以明确,以此更好的开展项目设计。
Take Shanghai Star-river phase Ⅲ residence underground garage for example,through architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation,put forward the design standards of high-end residential basement,improved design standards,make the project in design,material,construction period,cost,operation and other aspects,so as to better carry out the project design.
